In the central Dampier Strait, the typical itinerary includes 4 dives or snorkels today. While this is the usual schedule, some days may have fewer sessions due to land tours or longer crossings, as Raja Ampat covers a vast area. A typical day starts with a morning dive, followed by breakfast, a mid-morning dive before lunch, an afternoon dive with a snack, and ends with a night dive and dinner. Highlights in the Dampier Strait include the Blue Magic dive site, famous for oceanic manta rays and other large pelagics such as Spanish mackerel and bigeye trevally. Another popular dive site is Mioskon, where you can explore a vibrant reef full of large bommies covered in hard and soft corals.

Divers can explore iconic sites such as Wedding Cake with wave-carved rocks, coral, turtles and carpet sharks; the vibrant 4 Kings with colorful reefs; and Neptune’s Fan Channel with giant sea fans.
